Rattan core webbing, we have many kinds of the weaving pattern. Today I will show you the 3×3 twill closed core webbing.

First we can use 2 kinds of different rattan core peel items for the webbing weaving:

The light color items is more thick and soft, and the B peel dark color one is more hard and strong.

2 Second, after the weaving by the machine, the result is much different by below pictures:

Rattan Core Peel A result is more smooth and no 3D result
3 What is the price of two items:

If we use Rattan Core Peel A for production weaving is : EASIER AND CHEAPER.

And Rattan Core Peel B will be : Double cost and difficult

4 Why the Peel B is more expensive than peel A?

Reason 1 : Peel B need to find the very strong rattan stick for it to be the peel. But in fact , very strong rattan sticks is very shortage supply, the price and the cost will be much much higher than the Peel A.

Reason 2: Peel B need more 2 production Procedures than Peel A

Reason 3: Peel A is lighter than Peel B, this means the cost Peel A will be cheaper.

Above all the reasons above, which one do you like? which price you can accept?
