All of our custom said the price of the webbing is very high, you can find the reasons by following.
First of all , we will import the raw rattan material ( rattan stick ) from Indonesia. Only the material from Indonesia is the good material to make the rattan webbing open weave.

And then, we have to wash the rattan cane material, and then let them under the sunshine and became dry.
Second, we have to Separate the rattan cane to be 4 grade materials. Why? A and B grade of the rattan material is not easy to broken, also the color is white and near yellow, beautiful color for the market request. C grade is the green color, it is not good popular in the market, not easy to colored about the rattan webbing open weave. D grade is easy to broken, just suitable for the wall and ceiling decoration in the world market.
Separate the size of the rattan cane.
Size: 2mm –16 mm
Separate the chair and core by the mashie.This is very import step to made the good quality of chair cane and rattan core
Cut the thickness of chair cane betweet 2.2—2.4 mm.
This step is very import too, it will decide the quality of the thickness of the webbing.
This step will control the length of the chair cane.
This step will cut the size of the webbing :
16” / 18” /20” /24” / 28” / 30” /36” /40”
Separate the broken chair cane
There lots of the broken holes after the Webbing weave is finished, so worker have to make it to be good quality by hand made.
