What is outdoor rattan webbing?

Outdoor rattan webbing is a synthetic woven material developed for selected outdoor furniture applications. Depending on the product, it may be made from PE or PVC and supplied in different patterns, eye-hole sizes, colors and roll specifications.

No. Plastic rattan webbing is a broad material category. Outdoor suitability must be confirmed according to the selected product, material, formulation, intended application and available supporting information.

The suitable material depends on the furniture design, intended environment, surface appearance, color, installation method and available product information. PE is not automatically suitable for every project, and PVC should not automatically be described as outdoor grade.

Selected outdoor webbing patterns are available with approximately 10.5 mm, 7.0 mm and 6.0 mm eye-hole sizes. A larger opening creates a more open appearance, while a smaller opening creates a denser visual effect. Final availability must be confirmed by product.

The standard roll length for the outdoor webbing shown on this page is approximately 30 m per roll. Final roll length, width, packaging and product code should be confirmed before quotation.

Custom widths, woven patterns, eye-hole sizes and colors may be reviewed according to the project. Final availability depends on the selected material, product structure, quantity and development requirements.

Custom outdoor webbing commonly starts from 20 rolls. The final MOQ depends on the material, color, pattern, width and required development process.

Yes. Available samples can be supplied for material, color, pattern and furniture evaluation. Sample availability, cost, packaging and freight must be confirmed according to the selected product and destination.

Selected outdoor webbing products are supported by applicable 3000-hour aging or weathering test information. The result applies to the tested sample and stated test conditions. It does not guarantee a fixed number of years outdoors. Actual performance may be affected by climate, color, installation, furniture structure, maintenance and exposure conditions.

Possible methods include direct staple gun fixing, adhesive and spline fixing, cover strip and staple fixing, sewing or stitching, and riveted edge with screw-mounted frame installation. The actual method must be tested according to the furniture frame, edge treatment, webbing tension and production process.

Yes. Selected webbing can be combined with PETG or PMMA backing panels for furniture panels, partitions, decorative screens and project applications. The final panel structure, dimensions, thickness and material must be confirmed according to the project.
